Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Sort Options	Available options include the following: Sorted By Guest Name - Sorts the report by guest name. Sorted By Date - Sorts the report by date.

Field	Description
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Refund Date	The date on which the amount has been refunded.
Post Type	The posting type associated with the settlement transaction, Guest account, group, advance deposit, city ledger, and accounts receivables.
Refund Amount	The amount of the refunded deposit.
Status	The status of the reservation.
